World Court Must Condemn Israeli Crimes in Gaza, Independently

Referring to the beginning of the world Court’s handling on South Africa’s complaint against Israeli crimes in Gaza, the most influential Iranian Sunni leader noted: “The World Court will condemn Israeli crimes in Gaza and will issue an immediate cease-fire, if it acts independently.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid was talking to tens of thousands of worshippers in Zahedan’s biggest Friday gathering on January 12, 2024.

Israel has committed genocide and war crimes in Gaza
The president of Darululoom Zahedan continued his speech by saying: “The World Court is reviewing the case of Israel’s genocide in Gaza. It is a fact that Israel has committed genocide and war crimes in Gaza. No logic accepts to genocide a nation and destroy homes, infrastructures and cities. The innocent people of Gaza, including women and children, have been massacred. People’s houses, agricultures, and lives have been destroyed. Two million people have been displaced.”
He questioned: “In this cold weather, from where they provide their water and bread?”
“If the World Court is really independent and the judges have the courage, they must condemn Israel, “Shaikh Abdol-Hamid believed.
“Although now everything is ruined and destroyed in Gaza, but there must be sustained efforts to defend the rights of the oppressed people of Gaza, “he underlined.
The Friday prayer leader of Sunnis in Zahedan continued:” “The Americans and all the governments that supported Israel unconditionally are responsible before God and before the people of the world, he said.
“Forming an independent Palestinian state and returning the occupied territories to the Palestinians is the only solution to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Palestinians must rule over their own land and determine their destiny; this is the only solution that will relief the wounded hearts of all the free people of the world, “said the eminent Iranian Sunni scholar of Zahedan.

People would be satisfied if officials handled the collapse of the Ukrainian aircraft and the case of the Bloody Friday of Zahedan, fairly
Referring to the anniversary of the Ukrainian plane crash, the most outstanding Iranian Sunni scholar said: “These days coincide with the days of the Ukrainian plane crash. In that incident, many of our dear compatriots died. I express my deepest condolences with those who have lost their loved ones. The accident was really a big loss. The authorities should have dealt with the case. I expected that the high-ranking officials must apologized to the people and condemned the crime.”
“Now the officials say it was a mistake. Of course, the error has its limits. This was a big mistake. According to the Islamic rules, those who have committed this crime should be punished. In the bloody Friday crime of Zahedan, nearly one hundred people were killed, and about three hundred people were disabled, blind, and injured. We expected that the first person in the country would condemn this crime and would deal with this issue, “Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said during his Friday sermons of Zahedan.
“We believe that human rights organizations are compatible with Islamic laws in many cases. Implementation of justice, providing freedoms, avoiding forced confessions in detention centers, etc. are issues that Islam and human rights organizations insist on observing such rights,” the Iranian top Sunni cleric expressed his opinions.

We do not pursue political controversy
We defend people’s rights

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid continued his speech by saying: “One of the officials mentioned that I have entered into political controversies. We don’t pursue any political controversy and we don’t want positions and benefits. It is enough for me that people have trusted me and perform prayer behind me. If people say that we are not satisfied with you, I will respect the people. Some of my old friends were upset with me, but I believe that it is my duty to defend people’s rights.”
“For me, there is no any difference between people; Iranian people, both Shia and Sunni, Muslim and non-Muslim, should have equal rights. All Iranian ethnicities and religions and different strata, including women and youth, must get their Islamic and international rights, “said Imam of the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan.
“The freedoms that Islam emphasizes are in accordance with international customs and laws, “he believed.
