Islam Gives Dignity to Mankind

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid termed Islam the most complete religion on Friday 9th Oct. 2015, in Zahedan, Iran, and said, “Islam ensures the dignity of human beings”.

The Friday imam of Sunnis said, “We are proud that we believe in Islam which is the last and most perfect religion. Islam is a perfect and comprehensive religion that guides human beings in all aspects of life including political, cultural, economic, military, personal and social areas”.
He further said, “Islam is the richest and most pervasive religion. In addition to liturgical rituals, it has directions for mankind in transactions, co-existence, human rights and their dignity. If worlds’ experts and elites conduct an impartial and fair research, they will conclude that the best religion which really has given human being dignity is Islam”.
“Islam is the religion of moderation and temperance; it forbids Muslims to go to extremes. This religion is consistent with sound nature and safe mind. A lot of current religions, which abrogated by Islam may advise people only in worships and personal issues. Unfortunately, due to misleading of some non-Muslims, many Muslims think Islam must be limited to mosques while Islam has directions for each aspect of life. Islamic politic is free from any lies or deception”.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid added more, “Islam has guidance for society and social life; Islam has emphasized upon respecting all rights, including the rights of neighbors, women, children and wife. In Islam, all people, with any tenet and opinion, have dignity and rights”.
The rector of Darululoom Zahedan urged on the necessity of adhering to Islamic criteria in transactions and went on saying, “As far as transactions and their rulings is considered, Islam is very sensitive. Unfortunately, most of nowadays transactions in global markets are against Shariah”.
He underlined: Muslims must abstain from all illegal transactions. The second caliph, Omar bin al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, during his caliphate ordered those who were not familiar with Islamic rules and principles about transaction should not inter into market, neither engaged in trade. But, first of all they must learn the Islamic rules and principles of transaction. It would be an admirable step if the current authorities organize some workshops for merchants and traders before issuing business licenses”.
“Earning lawful sustenance is important. Our worships will take effect when our provision is legitimate. It is important how we acquire the livelihood for our family and children. If we follow lawful provision, we will have advancement in various fields of economic,” he made it clear.
At the end of this part of his sermon, Friday Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan expressed his regret over “negligence of Muslims in beautiful teachings of Islam” and said, “Unfortunately, nowadays Muslims do not give much attention to transactions and social affairs. The behavior of Muslims is the main reason for problems and challenges which the Muslim world faces. Therefore, Muslims must make a change in their life by acting upon the religion and repenting from their faults and misdeeds”.

Both the US & Russia are Arrogant Criminals
Criticizing the UN and superpowers for their inability in the resolving of the Middle East crises, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said, “The US and Russia are never the sympathetic of Muslims in the world”.
“Their military assaults on Muslim countries intensify crises and tensions in the region” he more urged.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid described the current situations of Muslims “disappointing” and said, “Circumstances and pests dominated on world are disappointing, particularly in the Muslim countries. There is a very weak hope that the heads of states sit together or set a working formula to solve the crises. However, the only way out of the crises still is that the politicians and elites of these countries, despite their differences, sit together and resolve their problems through dialogue and negotiation”.
He underlined, “Certainly, military attacks and interference by foreign powers never can be a solution for the crises in Muslim countries. But military air strikes cause more destruction and damages for the Muslim world; it increases disputes and gaps too. America, Russia and other arrogant powers are never sympathetic for Muslims; they do not fight for the interests of the region. If these powers really would be sympathetic for humanity, it would have been very easy for them to solve the problems of the Middle East especially according to the ability they have”.
The rector of Darululoom Zahedan underlined, “If there were a sound thinking in the UN, it could had found the remedy to solve the existing problems through the formation of national and pervasive governments which could represent the majority of people in each country. Unfortunately, the UN and the arrogant powers do not look for solutions, but all follow their own interests. They may kill millions of people just to meet their interests. It is dreadfully painful that so many innocent and defenseless people are being massacred by bombings and during conflicts”.
Finally, he expressed his hope that Muslims and the heads of Muslim countries may think with foresight and remission about interests of Islam and all Muslims, they must think about protection of Islam itself rather than following their own ethnic and religious interests.

Education is the base for the advancement in any society
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid called the education as “the infrastructure for advancement” and said, “The mission of those who are active in education field is extremely important. Education is a basis for development advancement”.
“Perhaps no issue in the country, especially in Sistan-Baluchistan province, would be more important than the issue of education. In a society where education has no importance, there is not anything. On the other hand, in a society where the ground for education is provided, the field for every progress will be available”.
Friday Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan further said, “Comparing to other provinces of Iran, the educational problems in Sistan-Baluchistan are much high and serious. Due to dispersion of the region, illiteracy and high dropout, there are doubled problems which make the task of the education department more serious and require the strenuous efforts of them”.

Sunni jurisprudence should be taught in schools
The chairman of coordination council of Sunni seminaries in Sistan-Baluchistan province during his lecture insisted on the “teaching of Sunni jurisprudence” in public schools and said, “According to laws of the Islamic Republic and principle of unity, the jurisprudence of Shia and Sunni schools of thought should be instructed to followers of each sect in public schools”.
He stated, “According to reports, the Sunni jurisprudence is fading in schools. Although it might has been taught in some schools but by teachers who do not have required ability in this field. In my opinion, Shiite jurisprudence should be taught by Shia teachers and Sunnis jurisprudence should be taught by Sunni teachers”.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid underlined, “We ask the education office in the province and country to take care of Sunnis jurisprudence, because it is the legal right of our children that they will be familiar with Islamic jurisprudence”.

Teachers should observe justice and piety in giving marks
The rector of Darululoom Zahedan more recommended the teachers on “consideration of justice in giving marks to students” and said, “Some teachers have informed us that some school principals, especially in suburb of Zahedan city, just pass students and give them more marks. It is to increasing percentage of passing students. It is contrary to piety as it is forbidden according to Shariah”.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid concluded his points by calling on teachers to be just and fair in such cases and avoid from destroying the future of students and society.
