20th Speech, Poetry, Essay Writing Competition Held at Darululoom Zahedan

The 20th competition of speech, poetry and essay writing among the students of Islamic Sunni seminaries of Zahedan County was held at Darululoom Zahedan, Iran on Thursday January 31, 2020.

“SunniOnline” reported that the competition was in three languages of Arabic, Persian and English.

The competition was held under the supervision of the Coordinating Council of Sunni Seminaries in Sistan and Baluchistan province aimed to improve students’ skills in giving lecture, writing and delivering speech.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Obaidullah Badpa, a senior professor of Darululoom Zahedan and chief of Cultural Affairs Office at Darululoom spoke to the audience and presented some of the skills and methods of speeches and essay writings.

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, president of Darululoom Zahedan and chief of the Coordinating Council of Sunni Seminaries talked to the competitors and judges at the end of the competition where he said that writers and lecturers should be pious and sincere.

At the end, names of the top contestants were announced and they were awarded prizes by their teachers and mentors.
