Maulana Abdol-Hamid in his Friday sermon:

Comfortable Life Depends on Good Deeds

Comfortable Life Depends on Good Deeds

Khateeb of Sunnis began his Friday sermon of 7th June, 2019 by reciting the Qur’anic verse: “وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَىٰ; and whoever turns away from My remembrance – indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind. [20:124]”
He said in the presence of thousands of worshipers in Zahedan: “A comfortable and clean life can be achieved only under the shadow of good deeds and acts. In the same way, by bad deeds, people will experience a hard life without comfort. Everything becomes bitter for such bad actors.”
“Good deeds and the path of the nature can make life comfortable. This is the straight path and other ways end with edges, cliffs and craters. Amusement of the ways which go against the path of the nature is so little and it will perish soon,” Shaikh Abdol-Hamid added more.
He further said: “Whoever violates directions of the Qur’an and disobeys Allah and His last messenger, s/he will have a bitter and uncomfortable life. Get rid of anxieties by carrying out good deeds.”
“Riotous people and embezzlers are not in ease and comfort; they have a hard life as their income is illegal and Haram.”
“Sins and misdeeds naturally create anxiety and discomfort. Those who look up for girl/boyfriends, should know that an easy life is not in their destiny. Sin gives birth to more defeats and it destroys everything,” president of Darululoom Zahedan said.
He went on to say more: “Every sin will get a shape on the Resurrection Day and these are sins which become Fire and Hell. As well as, good deeds and tenets change into Paradise.”
“Allah Almighty is the Just who does not oppress. Those who do not see the divine signs and symbols in this mortal world, they will be resurrected blind on the judgment day. Handsome people who had bad acts and wrong tenets will be resurrected with dark faces,” Khateeb of Sunnis underlined.
He concluded his points by saying: “The self never can be satiated; as the person commits more sins, his thirst goes up for more sins. So it is in our favor to run away from misdeeds, Satan and the self and carry out good deeds as the Almighty enjoins us.”

Before Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, Maulana Abdol-Ghani Badri talked to the audience and said: “Sweetness of life in worshipping only Allah. It is the necessity of faith to maintain good deeds of Ramadan after this holy month.”
