Worship in First Ten Days of Dhul-Hijjah to Get Forgiveness

Mawlana Malek Mohammad Kord termed the opportunities of worship “divine blessings” and urged on benefiting from the opportunity of the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah.
Talking to the worshipers in Zahedan on 17th Aug. 2018, the senior teacher of Darululoom Zahedan said: “All kinds of blessings are the results of the Almighty’s mercy on His servants. It is also a blessing that we can worship Him more and get more rewards than other times.”
“One of those opportunities is the first part of the holy month of Dhul-Hijjah. Worshipping Allah in this decade carries more rewards. One day is equal to one year and each night is equal to the Destiny Night,” Kord added more.
He urged on the audience to give importance to the main worship of these days and said: “Slaughtering any livestock on Eid day – 10 to 12 Dhul-Hijjah – is the most important worship before us. It is the Sunnah of prophets, including Ibrahim and Rasoulullah, peace be upon them.”
“Sincerity is must in this worship like other ones. Each hair of the sacrificing animal will be a reward for the slaughterer,” Mawlana Malek Mohammad said.
He concluded his words by calling on Muslims to take advantage of the holy moments.

After Mawlana Kord, the interim Friday Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan talked briefly to the audience.
Mawlana Abdol-Ghani Badri alluded to some rulings and said: “Wednesday (Aug. 22) will be Eid day in the country as there were attempts for moon sighting and it was seen on last Monday night.”
He called on people to gather early for Eid prayers and then slaughter the livestock animal of Qurbani.
Mawlana Badri urged on fasting of Arafah (ninth Dhul-Hijjah) and Takbirs of Tashriq from the morning of 9 Dhul-Hijjah until the evening prayers of 13 Dhul-Hijjah.
