President of Darululoom Zahedan urged on more amendments in laws and regulations according to the needs of time and said: “Clear orders of the Qur’an and Sunnah cannot be changed by anyone, but fatwas and verdicts of scholars and Muftis can be reviewed and changed according to the needs of time.”
“We think in cases like recruitment selections and checking competencies the regulations should be changed and reformed in a way that capable and talented individuals get management posts. They should not look only at the faces and that they take part in national rallies,” he said.

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: “However most of the judges are unbiased and just, but there are some biased men in the judiciary who prefer relations on regulations. They should face the fruit of their biased acts by the judiciary in the province and country.”

Judiciary should show seriousness in Iranshahr case
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid once again called on judicial authorities to take action against the culprits of the recent mass rape case and said: “Praise be to Allah, the judiciary is following the case. Two of the accused men have been detained and two others are hidden; their relatives should take them to justice; if they are innocent, they will defend themselves.”
He also urged on the victims to file their complaints and modesty should not stop them from getting their due right and hiding the cruelty.
Khateeb of Sunnis invited the people of Baluchistan, especially Iranshahr city to control their feelings and consider the serious situation of the province and country.
