Nations can Remain Alive by Remembering Allah

Talking to tens of thousands worshipers in Zahedan, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid termed ‘Dhikr’ and remembering Allah one of the ‘vital deeds’ which holds families and nations alive.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said in his latest Friday speech of Feb. 17, 2017 in Zahedan: “There are some deeds which play a key role in the edification of mankind and their success to carry out good acts. Dhikr is one of these important deeds.”
“When we remember Allah, He remembers too. According to the Noble Qur’an, the believers are ordained to do Dhikr and remember the Almighty after five-time daily prayers as well as Friday prayers. Neglecting the remembrance of Allah ends to death of mankind; while His remembrance gets families and nations alive,” he added more.
The Hadith teacher of Darululoom Zahedan urged: “The remembrance of Allah vivifies hearts and animates the love of Allah. The one who remembers Allah always, s/he proves that s/he loves Allah more than others. Because the person who loves anyone, s/he remembers him always.”
“Recitation of the Noble Qur’an is the biggest Dhikr. It is quite enough virtue for the Qur’an that it is the word of the Almighty Allah. Relation with the Noble Qur’an means relation with the Almighty. We cannot be declared ‘guided’ without the Noble Qur’an,” Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further said.
He termed ‘relation with Allah’ the main object of the creation of mankind and said: “A human being should have goals in his life. The purpose of life is to worship Allah and relate to him. The people who neglect Allah and His orders, in fact they show their courage to enter the Fire.”

At the end of his speech, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid alluded to the 18th national book fair in Zahedan and called on people to give importance to book and reading book and encourage their children to read books.
