Iran: A Prominent Turkmen Scholar Passes Away

A prominent Islamic scholar, Yaar-Mohammad Akhond-Nadhari, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in Golestan province of Iran.

“SunniOnline” quoted local sources, Yaar-Mohammad Akhond-Nadhari, the rector and founder of Qarah-Bulagh in Golestan province was 97. He was admitted in a hospital in Gorgan city, provincial capital of Golestan.

Akhond-Nadhari was an outstanding student of Allamah Abdol-Qader Daghistani.

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, Khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan, and Shaikh Mohammad Hussein Gorgij expressed his deep regrets condoling the students, family members and followers of Shaikh Nadhari.
