Theism

Theism
theismTheism and piety are irrefutable facts that have shadowed on every aspects of life. Contrary to the predictions made by think-tanks of enlightenment era and the philosophers of modernization great religions neither have died nor will die, thus would remain the inherent part of human life.

The Religion is one of the fixed elements of human history and culture. According to John Wall_ Professor of Islamic Studies at George Town University- the shape of a religion may get changed, but the religion as a fact can never be removed”. From sociological and anthropological points of views, being a socio-historical reality, the religion is an institution like economy, family and education. In Hegel’s view no one is more away from human spirit than an atheist person; and even hating the religion is enclosed with mental occupation by it.
In today’s world the man is dealing with two types of problems: existence and non-existence. Solutions for non-existential issues is the duty of human sciences such as physics, chemistry, biology, geology, psychology etc. but it is the responsibility of religion and divinity to solve the existential problems of humanity. Accompanied by reasoning and deducibility, discussion on theism and piety in Islam is of particular characteristics. Pre-Islamic religions and their holy texts such as Bible, Pentateuch etc. that their distorted forms are also available, used to convey religious instructions to people in the forms of pure worship based on scriptural reasoning along with terrorization and threat. They neither demonstrate any logic or theorem nor try to correct narrations and scriptures. Therefore, their collections of religious belief do not have any scientific value. In such an atmosphere Islam emerged bringing significant changes in the arena of religious beliefs long before the great developments which took place in the fields of economics, sociology and ethics.
