An unmanned US drone has crashed in central Afghanistan following a number of similar coalition aircraft accidents in the war-ravaged country. The reason for the incident which happened in Tangi village in Maidan Wardak province on Wednesday night is not yet known, a Press TV correspondent reported.

At least 19 members of Afghanistan’s security forces have been killed in an attack on an army recruitment center in the north of the war-ravaged country. Local officials in the northern Kunduz province say four attackers stormed the recruitment facility early on Sunday and at least one of them was able to detonate his explosives.
