Taliban attacks kill dozen US-led troops in Afghanistan
american-injuredTaliban militants targeted Afghan and US-led forces in separate attacks across the war-ravaged provinces of Afghanistan, killing at least 12 soldiers.

In three suicide attacks, Taliban targeted police headquarters in Mosahi district, near Kabul city. A Taliban spokesman claimed the responsibility of the attack releasing a statement, ‘ Some thirty five policemen of the puppets were killed or wounded in a martyrdom attack carried out by a Mujahid of the Islamic Emirate, Zubair, resident of Paktia province as he rammed his explosive-filled vehicle into the intelligence headquarter in Musahi district of Kabul province on Thursday.’
Separately, in an attack on NATO convoy 8 soldiers have been killed and 7 wounded in Bakwa district of western Farah province.
Reports add that Taliban killed 2 US troops in Jalalabad, 4 in Kunar and 3 in Logar provinces of the country.
