People Deny Insecurity in Sistan-Baluchistan

The outstanding Iranian Sunni leader termed peace and security in Sistan-Baluchistan an ‘important issue’, urging the people of this region deny and disagree with any kind of insecurity.
Talking to tens of thousand worshipers on Friday 27, November 2015 in Zahedan, he said, “The cloud of insecurity is visible everywhere in the world. But by the grace of Allah, our country and province enjoy a good peace. All should be thankful to the Almighty for this great blessing.”
“The enemies of Iran have been looking for any opportunity to create insecurity and destabilize peace of the country. They want to spread sectarian disputes just for the sake of their interests. Insecurity harms the interests of our country. The international Zionist movement and the other arrogant powers misuse the conditions of Iran for their interests. Thus, all should be vigilant,” the Friday Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan underlined.
He expressed his anxiety over the reports on the bombings in Sistan-Baluchistan and said, “There are some reports about insecurity incidents and planting bombs on the roads; it has made us very worried. We announce overtly that the people of Sistan-Baluchistan do not allow anyone to destabilize the peace of the province.”
“By the blessings of Allah, the condition is much more stable than past in the province; Shia and Sunni communities have mutual understanding and they tolerate each other more than any time. This fraternity is in accordance with the interests of our people.”
The rector of Darululoom Zahedan added more, “We would like to request the dear residents of Sistan-Baluchistan –regardless to their class and community- to not allow anyone to destabilize the peace of the province. Also, the elements who have been deceived by others to create insecurity should know their activities are against the will of people and the country.”
“However the Sunni and Shia communities of the province suffer from some troubles, but none of people, including Ulama, tribal elders, educated class and common citizens is happy with insecurity. Rather, they want to resolve their problems by legal channels,” the prominent Iranian Sunni scholar emphasized.
At the end of his sermon, he alluded to Baseej Week in Iran calling that volunteer force a platform for serving people which should be active in development and ensuring security.
