Show more ‘Tolerance’, ‘Discretion’

The most influential Iranian Sunni scholar expressed his concerns on the escalation of tension among Muslim countries calling their leaders to show “more tolerance and discretion”.
Talking to tens of thousands worshipers in Zahedan on 10th Nov. 2017, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said in a part of his Friday sermon: “Today the occupying regime of Israel and all sinister powers want to destabilize Muslim countries’ peace and force them to confrontation.”
“It is the wish of colonial powers to see Muslim states fighting with each other and involve in war. While such wars are in favor of Israel; as the benefits of all conflicts and wars in the Middle East have been in favor of Israel. This regime has been enjoying an unexampled security because Muslims around it busy in confrontations,” he added more.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid called on the Muslim rulers and said: “In the current situation it is necessary for all Muslims, especially the rulers to show more tolerance, discretion and far-sightedness. They should not be emotional. The region cannot bear any war and insecurity.”
“The feelings of Muslims have been hurt for enough and there is no place for more discord. Therefore, Muslim states need to return to the table of negotiation and enhancing relations,” Khateeb of Sunnis concluded his points.

New governor can take all communities next together by justice
The most influential Iranian Sunni scholar alluded to the change of governor of Sistan-Baluchistan province urging on the implementation of justice.
He said “execution of justice” and “engaging all religious and ethnic communities” were the best strategy in this province.
The president of Darululoom Zahedan termed the ex-governor (Ali Hashemi) one of the most successful governors after the revolution.
He called on the new governor “to maintain the unity of people –who belong to different sects and communities- by justice and taking them next together in different levels of offices, trade and industry”.
“If we are next together, the enemy cannot reach to his goals discomfiting its conspiracies. But when we are divided by discord, the enemies will be able to implement their conspiracies,” Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said.
He concluded his points by advising the authorities to work hard for making Sistan-Baluchistan an example of unity and solidarity by the help of justice and equality.
