Prove Your Love to Sahabah, Ahl-e-Bait by Imitating Their Directions

Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, the Friday imam of Sunnis in Zahedan, Iran, urged on Muslims to prove their respect and love to the Companions and Ahl-e-Bait, may Allah be pleased with them, by following their footprints.
Talking to the worshipers in Zahedan, southeastern Iran, on March 11, 2016, he alluded to the death anniversary of Sayyidah Fatimah, the daughter of the prophet, peace be upon him, in Iran and said, “Sayyidah Fatimah, may Allah be pleased her, was one of the beloved children of the Messenger of Allah who were shined in the Islamic history. The generation of the prophet was continued by her.”
“All know well the children who were trained and educated by Sayyidah Fatimah. All Muslim sects are honored for the love of them in their hearts. The love of the Household of the prophet is the part of Sunni Muslims’ faith. We all should follow the footprints of the Household and the Companions,” Shaikh Abdol-Hamid underlined.
The rector of Darululoom Zahedan termed the “love of the Household” one of the common tenets of all Muslim sects and said, “All Muslims love the Household unanimously. But the sign of their love is to follow and imitate the Companions and Household in all aspects of life.”

Venerate the New Year travelers
In the last part of his speech, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid addressed the people of Zahedan and Sistan-Baluchistan province and said, “The new year holidays are going to start; many Iranians travel to different parts of the country. Thus strive to venerate them in your province and consider them guests. It would leave positive impacts on them.”
“Behave with them nicely and help these travelers if they have any problem. The traders and shopkeepers also should take care of the travelers; do not get heavy profits and respect them,” he concluded his points.
