Ayatollah Khamenahi’s fatwa over hating Sunnis’ sanctity needs legislating
kurdistantodySANANDAJ: After the demand of Islamic scholars as well as the public of Kurdistan province the General Culture Council has asked the Iranian parliament to legislate the legal opinion (fatwa) of Ayatollah Khamenehi.

Recently the Supreme Leader has released a legal opinion (fatwa) that it is forbidden to insult any wife of the holy prophet (PBUH) or the holy personalities of Ahl-us-Sunna wa al-Jama’ah in response to question of some Saudi scholars.
A special representative of Ayatollah Khamenahi in Kurdistan said that to stop up hating of sacred things of religion requires legislating such prohibition, and if some one does it he must be punished. Regarding to this mentioned subject the General Culture Council of Kurdistan has written a letter to the head of the Iranian parliament to legislate the leader’s fatwa.
According to received information to “Sunni online” the leader of the Council, Mousa Mousawi including other members have stressed to legislate this noble fatwa.
All the Muslims are exasperated over a Shia scholar who has celebrated the death day of Syeda A’yisha (RA) in London recently, and he accused Umm-ul-Moumenin A’yisha (RA) with very bad words, as all the Muslims expressed their reactions, then few days before Ayatollah Khamenai issued a fatwa which prohibits such bad actions.
