RAMALLAH, West Bank – A senior Palestinian official says the U.S. should be ashamed over its veto of a U.N. resolution condemning Israeli settlement construction.

The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) has slammed the US for vetoing a UN Security Council resolution condemning illegal settlement activities by Israel on occupied Palestinian territories.
