Recognizing Allah, Base of all Sciences

The interim Friday imam of Sunnis in Zahedan cited some Qur’anic verses and narrations from the Prophet Mohammad PBUH and termed “recognition of Allah” the base of all sciences.

SunniOnline quoted Mawlana Abdol-Ghani Badri addressing thousands of worshipers in Zahedan on June 30, 2017: “The one who knows and recognizes his Lord and Creator, he has the best knowledge. the people who knows their real Lord as He deserves to be known, they do not specify only one month (Ramadan) for His worship.”
Reciting the Noble verse of the Qur’an: “إِنَّمَا يَخْشَى اللَّهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمَاءُ”, he said: “There are people who have lots of knowledges about animals, herbs and different material things, but they know nothing about Allah Almighty; such people cannot be called knowers and possessors of knowledge. ‘Alim/man of knowledge is the one who obtains the divine recognition.”
“The Noble Qur’an introduces real scholar as the one who truly fears Allah after recognizing Him. This is the upper level of divine recognition,” the senior teacher of Tafseer and Hadith at Darululoom Zahedan added more.
He went to say more: “The signs and evidences to recognize Allah have been presented and made visible for mankind. Human beings can meditate on them which can be seen everywhere in the universe and reach to the divine recognition easily.”
“Allah Almighty has stated many kinds of signs and clues for mankind to meditate on and reach to His recognition. The whole universe with its diversity is the evidence of His existence and unchallengeable power,” Mawlana Badri pointed.
He further said: “The one who reaches to the divine recognition, s/he submits before all orders of the Almighty in anytime and anywhere not only during Ramadan!”
“The prosperity of mankind depends on worshipping the Almighty; the Noble Qur’an asks human beings to do so from beginning to the end. Worshipping Allah is not limited to a particular month or place, rather Allah asks His bondmen to remind Him in the whole year and all the time until the death,” he underlined.
The vice-imam of the Friday prayers in Zahedan called on the audience to maintain their connection with mosques and keep reciting the Noble Qur’an after Ramadan, too.
