The 15th annual provincial competition of students started its activities in the A’in-ul-Uloom seminary of Gosht in Saravan. It was organized by the administration of the leading seminary and the Coordination Council of Sunni Seminaries of the Sistan-Baluchistan province.
The participants delivered their discourses and essays in Arabic, Persian, Balochi and English languages. Besides, Islamic anasheed (songs), poetry and magazine journals of the seminaries were other parts of the competition.
The rector of the A’in-ul-Uloom seminary, Shaikh Muhammad Yousuf Hussein-pour talked to the participants in the inaugural session. He said, “You are the next spiritual leaders of the society; you can convey your messages and knowledge to others by speaking and writing. Now you have time to practice and get command in these two fields.”
Students and teachers must know studying and teaching are not enough for the society. You should have command in different methods of preaching and propaganda according to the needs of the time.
At the end, names of the 15th round of annual competition were announced on Thursday. Awards and cash prizes were handed over to students who ranked first, second and third positions in different sections and languages.
