\nShaikh Abdol-Hamid said: \u201cMuslims are away from Islam and it is the reason of their failure in different fields. Instead of taking directions from the noble Qur\u2019an and Sunnah, they look at directions and guidance of others. Muslim leaders avoid from getting solutions from the life of the prophet to resolve their problems.\u201d
\nExpressing his deep regret on the increasing number of divorce, the eminent Islamic scholar said: \u201cDivorce is one of the worst things before Allah. When someone asks for your daughter\u2019s hand, advise with her and decide according to her wish. Avoid from harsh treatment and severity in the case of marriage.\u201d
\n\u201cMarriage is the way and Sunnah of the prophet PBUH. Divorce is the last option when spouses cannot go forward more next together. Both of spouses should not pave the way for divorce with their attitude and actions. They should take care of each other\u2019s rights,\u201d he added more.
\nFriday Imam of Sunnis further said: \u201cPronouncing the word of talaq\/divorce should not be in anger. If somebody wants to divorce his wife, he should meditate and consult for a long time and then decide correctly. When there is no choice but divorce, the man should only pronounce one talaq which is recommended by Shari\u2019ah and Sunnah. Pronunciation of three divorces is forbidden and it is a sin; however it is executed and ends the relationship of spouses.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nMawlana Abdol-Hamid called on considering the view of daughters and sisters in the case of their marriage and said: \u201cWe live in a different era, so consult with girls in their marriage. When they are unhappy with any suitor, no one can force them to marry unwanted persons. Girls should have share in their fate.\u201d
\n\u201cDo not be harsh with daughters; if they want to marry someone and the suitor is an appropriate person, agree with their marriage. If she faces any problem, she herself will be responsible. Recognize the due rights of daughters and do not threat them. The time of violence and threat has been over,\u201d he underlined.
\nKhateeb of Sunnis addressed parents and said: \u201cTake care of your daughters to protect them from charlatans and criminals who want to damage dignity of girls. There are many bilkers professionally deceive girls by the name of marriage.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nIn another part of his speech before tens of thousands worshipers in Zahedan, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: \u201cThe only way of salvation is in imitation of the Qur\u2019an and Sunnah and implementation of justice. By full implementation of justice and Shari\u2019ah our country could be an example for the whole world. The method of Sayyidana Abu-Bakr as-Seddiq, Omar al-Farooq, Othman Ghani, Ali al-Mortadha, Hasan and Hussein, may Allah be pleased with all of them, can make the country role model.\u201d
\n\u201cAli bin Abi-Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, said without the motivation of implementation of justice and retaining right of oppressed people governance is worthless for me. By acting on Islamic Shari\u2019ah, we could present an example in justice, equality, realizing individual and social freedoms to the world,\u201d president of Darululoom Zahedan said.
\nHe made it clear at the end of his speech: \u201cIn the era and life of the prophet PBUH and the Guided Caliphs and the Households due rights of every member of the society were preserved and recognized regardless to his sect, religion, language and tendency.
