Shaikh Abdol-Hamid termed the birth of the last prophet, peace be upon him, the greatest blessing event in human history who brought the messages of unity, fraternity, guidance and equality.
\nTalking to tens of thousands worshipers in Zahedan on 16th Nov. 2018, Khateeb of Sunnis began his speech with recitation of the Qur\u2019anic verse: and said: \u201cThe birth of the prophet PBUH was the birth of light, mercy, discretion, morality, faith, good deeds and worships. Each of his birth, prophecy and migration is a great event in the history.\u201d
\nAlluding to the conditions of the world when Rasoulullah PBUH was born, he said: \u201cWhen savagery was ruling everywhere in the world, our beloved prophet was dispatched as the last prophet. He is a mercy for the whole world who showed the ways towards Allah to everyone.\u201d
\n\u201cHe never built any special position for himself. He used to sit on the earth along with other people including poor and weak members of the society; while lords hated to sit with poor people in that time,\u201d he added more.
\nShaikh Abdol-Hamid further said: \u201cUnity and fraternity are the other gifts of the prophecy of our beloved prophet Mohammad PBUH who ended 120 years old fights of people in Madinah. If you see differences, scuffles and misdeeds rule on Muslim societies, it is because Muslims have left great directions of Islam, Qur\u2019an and life of the prophet, peace be upon him.\u201d<\/p>\n
Study \u201cObstacles\u201d on the Path of Unity, Change Policies<\/strong> At the end of his speech, Khateeb of Sunnis alluded to appointment of new governor of Sistan-Balochistan province and urged on gathering all communities and taking advantages of this strategic province. \nIn the second part of his speech, counting the factors for approaching practical unity, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid emphasized on pathology and study of \u201cobstacles\u201d on path of unity and bringing changes in policies and strategies related to unity.
\nKhateeb of Sunnis said: \u201cUnity is a very important and good issue, but unfortunately there is no practical unity. We have missed many opportunities to reach real unity.\u201d
\n\u201cThe most important factors for reaching to practical and real unity is respect and maintaining mutual respect. As well as, equal behavior and implementation of justice make all ethnic and religious communities more united and closer to each other,\u201d he underlined.
\nPresident of Darululoom Zahedan said: \u201cSlogans for unity should not be just for hiding facts, rather it should be real and practical. While our enemies have brought some countries on the ground of fighting, we should be vigilant and recognize the importance of unity.\u201d
\n\u201cIf unity is our need, we should study why we couldn\u2019t reach to real unity and what are the obstacles on the path of unity. We have to change many policies and strategies regarding unity. Sights should be wider,\u201d he added more.
\nMawlana Abdol-Hamid said: \u201cUnity is a valuable thing and it needs some expenses. We as Muslims should pay the expenses for unity; without sacrifice we cannot be united.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nHe addressed all directors and officials: \u201cAvoid acts that compel people to pray to Allah against you for your dismissal. Rather act as people miss you and regret for your absences when you leave the post.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
