Shaikh Abdol-Hamid urged on \u201cpresence of mind\u201d and \u201csupplication\u201d as conditions for acceptance of Du\u2019a calling on the audience to pray to Allah and show patience in hard times.
\nKhateeb of Sunnis began his speech of Friday 2nd Nov. 2018 by the Noble Qur\u2019anic verse: \u00ab\u0648\u064e\u0642\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e \u0631\u064e\u0628\u064f\u0651\u0643\u064f\u0645\u064f \u0627\u062f\u0652\u0639\u064f\u0648\u0646\u0650\u064a \u0623\u064e\u0633\u0652\u062a\u064e\u062c\u0650\u0628\u0652 \u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u06da \u0625\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0651 \u0627\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0630\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u064a\u064e\u0633\u0652\u062a\u064e\u0643\u0652\u0628\u0650\u0631\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u0639\u0650\u0628\u064e\u0627\u062f\u064e\u062a\u0650\u064a \u0633\u064e\u064a\u064e\u062f\u0652\u062e\u064f\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e \u062c\u064e\u0647\u064e\u0646\u064e\u0651\u0645\u064e \u062f\u064e\u0627\u062e\u0650\u0631\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e\u00bb and said: \u201cAllah Almighty has mentioned Du\u2019a as one of the biggest worships which is beloved to Him.\u201d
\n\u201cThis verse contains an order with a promise; Allah orders us to call Him and supplicate before Him. It\u2019s His promise to accept Du\u2019a if it is sincere from the bottom of heart. If we obey divine orders and supplicate Him sincerely, we should be sure that He accepts our prayers,\u201d he added more.
\nThe eminent Islamic scholar further said: \u201cDuring making Du\u2019a presence of mind is necessary; all thoughts and temptations should be extruded. Focus only on Allah, because He does not accept prays of heedless unmindful heart.\u201d
\n\u201cHeedlessness damages worships, but it destroys Du\u2019a and it cannot be accepted if mind is busy with something else. Showing deficiency, helplessness and supplication is must while praying to Allah,\u201d he added more.
\nPresident of Darululoom Zahedan went on to express more etiquettes of Du\u2019a saying: \u201cAccording to Hadith, if someone wants his\/her supplication to be accepted by Allah, s\/he should avoid from bad, illegal and cursing prays. When you make a good Du\u2019a for an absent person, you will benefit from that Du\u2019a, too. If the opposite person does not deserve imprecation, it will return to the prayer.\u201d
\n\u201cDu\u2019a is acceptable when the man is sure that his supplication will be accepted. It may see any delay, but it cannot be wasted. It\u2019s also possible that any request is not suitable for someone in this world, and then Allah saves that supplication as an ibadah\/worship for him in the endless world,\u201d he added more.
\nMawlana Abdol-Hamid further said: \u201cOther worships are like surface and Du\u2019a is like core. Du\u2019a is the abstract of all worships. The close servants of Allah used to make Du\u2019a with fear and hope as the Qur\u2019an informs. It was the habit of the Prophet PBUH to pray to Allah day and night, at home and during travels.\u201d
\n\u201cWorship should be sincerely for Allah not for mean world. But Du\u2019a for worldly objects is acceptable. Du\u2019a is not against the principal of patience, rather it is the best way to supplicate before Allah and seek His refuge. As prophet Ayyub made Du\u2019a and asked Him for His mercy and cure,\u201d he underlined.
\nShaikh Abdol-Hamid suggested the audience to supplicate to Allah in all conditions as the Qur\u2019an orders: \u201cO you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.\u201d<\/p>\n
Full reliance on tools, result of negligence and ignorance<\/strong> \u201cLeaving means is against the divine order and prophetic directions and wisdom; but reliance should be on the Almighty. In farming, building any mosque or advising children and sending them to educational institutes just depend on Allah and ask Him to give you good fruits,\u201d he emphasized. \nIn another part of his speech, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid urged on reminding the Lord of all tools and said: \u201cDu\u2019a is more important than daw\u00e2\/medicine and obvious tools. Take benefits of tools, but do not forget the Lord of tools. It is an extreme ignorance to focus only on medicine, doctors, hospitals and tools but deny to realize Allah who is the lord of tools and means.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSunnis\u2019 imam in Zahedan city concluded this part of his speech by saying: \u201cAlways consider the Almighty who controls all means. Never forget Him and ask Him for whatever you need humbly.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe eminent Sunni scholar reacted to the murder of Saudi journalist, Jamal Khashoggi and called on Saudi officials to try and punish culprits who were involved in his assassination.
\nIn the last part of his Friday sermon, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: \u201cThe brutal murder of Jamal Khashoggi, a famous Saudi journalist and critic has shocked the world. The Saudi government has been damaged badly from this incident.\u201d
\n\u201cWe hope Saudi officials will follow up this case with full attention and seriously. The culprits behind this murder who ordered, made plan and directly took part in the assassination should be tried and punished in order to condole people of the world,\u201d the most influential Iranian Sunni leader urged.
\nHe pointed out to similar assassination cases in many other countries and said: \u201cUnfortunately some countries work hard to obliterate their opponents and critics, while it is the worst way and method.\u201d
\n\u201cThe best strategy is the method of dialogue and negotiation with opponents and critics. We think negotiation can decrease disputes in the world and creates adjustment making opponents softer,\u201d Khateeb of Sunnis underlined.
\nHe went on to say more: \u201cIf the world comes towards dialogue and negotiation going on the path of moderation, at least the crises will be controlled and fighting with them will be easier.\u201d
\n\u201cImplementation of justice is the best way to make the world secured with durable friendship and unity. Implementation of justice brings individual and social peace in society. There is no any better prescription that justice for establishment of peace and unity,\u201d Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said.
\nIn a part of his speech, he alluded to the upcoming new sanctions on Iran which will be imposed by the US since Nov. 3 and called such sanctions \u201cunjust\u201d.
\nMeanwhile, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid called on masses to make Du\u2019a to get rid of economic crises and the rest of problems as he asked the authorities to find out any \u201ccomprehensive and quick solution\u201d for the ongoing crises.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
