Ml. Ab. Hamid Concerned on Educational Situation in IR Balochistan

The most influential Iranian Sunni leader expressed his deep concerns about educational downfall in Iranian Balochistan and decadence in public schools of Zahedan outskirt and some other regions of Balochistan.
The news bureau of Shaikh Abdol-Hamid’s office reported, talking to the graduation ceremony of Islamic seminary in Tawheedabad village of Chahezard town, Zahedan, on 11th March 2018, he said: “People and the officials are responsible for the bad situation of education in Balochistan. They should cooperate with each other and make accurate plans to decrease such problems.”
“The educational situation in the province is so weak and this downfall is worrisome. I have evidence that both people and government are responsible for creation of the bad situation. So people and the officials of the educational ministry should review their attitude,” Khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan added more.
He addressed the people of Sistan-Balochistan and said: “Be sure development, advancement and change depend to your own decision and intention. For educational development, there should be cooperation between people and officials. We should have a firm relation with teachers in all levels and work hard for higher education and specialization.”
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid called on the authorities to focus on “quality” instead of “quantity” in building schools where some of them in villages suffer from lack of students.
