Ml. Abdol-Hamid Decries Massacre of Civilians in E. Ghouta

The most influential Iranian Sunni scholar criticized strongly the world powers on their “failure” to stop Syrians’ massacre, calling on all people to pray for safety of the oppressed Syrians.
The official website of Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, Khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan and president rector of Darululoom Zahedan quoted a part of his speech of Friday 23rd Feb. 2018.
He said: “There are people who have been ashamed savage animals by their savagery and barbarianism. The East Ghouta has been under massive bombardment for some days. All are requested to make Du’a for the protection of Ghouta residents.”
“East Ghouta is among the regions where rivers of human blood flow and innocent people including women, children and old men are massacred. The countries like the US and Russia and some regional states have no problem with killing innocents,” Shaikh Abdol-Hamid underlined.
He criticized the failure of world powers in stopping civilians’ massacre and said: “There is lack of vigilant conscience in the world no one shows sympathy with the oppressed people. Human rights organizations have been failed to stop these massacres. The UN and its security council have been changed to useless and influence-free organizations.”
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid concluded his points by saying: “The world powers do not make any serious efforts to end conflicts by establishing comprehensive governments, rather they kill Muslims, destroy their countries and infrastructures and installations on the pretext of ‘war on terror’.”

‘Faith’, ‘piety’ & ‘modesty’; the biggest assets
In the first part of his speech, Khateeb of Sunnis shed light on the importance of faith, piety and modesty. He began his speech with the 31st verse of Nisa chapter.
He counted some tools of Satan to mislead mankind and said: “Satans are not only the unseen creatures, but there are human Satans too who become sometimes more dangerous than unseen Satans. Numerous satellite TV channels and websites on net just propagate misdeeds, sins and abomination.”
“Alcoholic drinks, which are forbidden and Haram in Islam, can be found easily in our societies. While it is the root of all corruptions and some Muslims buy wines and feed their children this Haram money. Drugs are also the root causes of many crimes and misdeeds,” he added more.
The rector of Darululoom Zahedan termed “normalization of sins” the plot of enemies and said: “Our enemies want to remove modesty from the society making sins something usual and normal. Haya/modesty is a big branch of the strong tree of Islam.”
“A man without the spirit of modesty can be worse than savage animals. There is no any goodness in such people who are free of modesty,” he added more.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid further said: “As the assets of people and their wealth are prone to pillage and looting, in the same way the assets of faith/Iman and modesty/Haya of Muslims are prone to depredation.”
He went on to say more: “There are dangerous consequences for misdeeds and sins which bring divine punishment in societies. We should not remain silent on sins; eruption of sins affect all of us we should resist them. Especially all Muslims should pay attention to the prayers and other worships which protect us.”
