Sunni Khateeb of Bandar-e-Turkmen Passes away

A prominent Islamic scholar of Turkmen-Sahra region of Iran passed away on Saturday 14th Jan. 2017.
“SunniOnline” quoted regional sources; Haaj Akhund Aabedi-Kor aged 90.
He was the Friday Imam of Bandar-e-Turkmen city in Golestan province of Iran. The eminent Sunni scholar was suffering from heart diseases, as he was admitted to a hospital in Tehran.
Haaj Akhund Aabedi-Kor was expert in Tafseer as he had authored the first exegesis of the Noble Qur’an in Turkmen language in 4 volumes.
SunniOnline Team expresses their deep sorrow over the demise of Shaikh Aabedi-Kor, asking the Almighty to forgive him fully and bestow him resurrection with His best servants.
