Maulana Barak-Zahi Passes Away

IRAN- SARAWAN: The rector and founder of ‘Ishaa’t-ut-Tawheed’ seminary in Sarawan, southeastern Iran, passed away on Thursday 20 August, 2015.
“SunniOnline” reports, Maulana Barak-Zahi was suffering from some diseases and he passed away in Sarawan, his hometown.
He was one of the leading Sunni scholars in Baluchistan of Iran and rector of a prominent Islamic school in Sarawan district.
Hundreds of Ulama and members of different classes took part in the funeral prayer of the late Maulana Ghulam-Rasoul. Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, the rector of Darululoom Zahedan led his funeral prayers.
Many of religious and social activists and leaders issued condolence messages and termed the late scholar ‘eminent’ and ‘honorable pious man’.
