Iran – Zahedan: The 24th annual graduation ceremony of Darululoom Zahedan has begun its first session today (Saturday 16 May 2015).
“SunniOnline” reports tens of thousands, mainly Iranian Sunnis, take part in the ceremony. Some special guests from China, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan also participate in the ceremony.
Maulana Fazl-ul-Rahman, chief of Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam Pakistan was forbidden to travel to Iran. He was one of the special guests of Darululoom Zahedan but his visa was cancelled a day before leaving Pakistan to Tehran.
The 24th graduation ceremony of Darululoom Zahedan will conclude its activities tonight. It is considered the biggest gathering of the Sunni community in Iran.
