According to a report of “SunniOnline”, Shaikh Moradzahi passed away in a local hospital in Khash city of southeastern province, Sistan-Baluchistan. He was suffering from an incurable disease for 7 years. He was shifted to CCU room of a local hospital after a low heart attack in Khash.
Late Mawlana Abdul-Wahed was Khateeb, Friday prayers imam, and rector of prominent Islamic seminary, Dar-ul-Hoda, in Ismaeelabad township near Khash. Hundreds of Muslims, students and scholars took part in his funeral prayers on Friday, 9th Nov.
Shaikh Abdul-Wahed was born in 1945 and died at the age of 67. He got higher Islamic education in outstanding seminaries of Pakistan, “Dar-ul-Hoda” Sindh and “Badr-ul-Uloom” of Rahimyarkhan. He graduated in Badr-ul-Uloom seminary in 1970.
Next year, he joined “Dar-ul-Hoda” of Ismaeelabad which was founded by his elder brother late Mawlana Abd-ur-Rahim Moradzahi where he started his career.
Late Mawlana Abdul-Wahed was very humble man; he was afraid of popularity and affectation. He was a pious scholar who was striving to progress the seminary in all aspects.
More than ten thousands of common Muslims and scholars including Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hameed and Shaikh-ul-Hadith Mawlana Muhammad Yousuf Hussein pour gathered in Mosalla of Ismaeelabad to participate in his funeral prayers.
Khateeb of Ahl-us-Sunnah in Zahedan expressed his condolences to the family of late Shaikh Moradzahi and common citizens asking them to support more their scholars and seminaries.
“SunniOnline” team laments the incident to Shaikh Abdul-Wahed’s family and students. May Allah bestow him the highest place in the Paradise and forgive him completely.
