“An-Nadi al-Arabi” opens in Darululoom Zahedan

The inaugural gathering of An-Nadi al-Arabi, the Arabic Institute of Darululoom Zahedan, was held inside the Grand Makki Masjid last Thursday night.

A huge number of teachers and students took part in the gathering. Shaikh Mufti Muhammad Qasem Qasemi was the chief guest of the ceremony.

Shaikh Abdol-Qader Arifi and Shaikh Abdol-Hakeem Osmani, two prominent teachers at Darululoom Zahedan talked to the audience in the occasion.

They presented their discourses in eloquent Arabic underlining Islamic culture and civilization has been combined with Arabic language and literature. So students of Islamic subjects in non-Arab regions have no choice but to learn Arabic well.

The eminent teachers of Darululoom, the biggest Islamic seminary of Sunnis in Iran, pointed that through struggle non-Arab scholars became litterateurs of Arabic language; Allamah Abul-Hassan Nadvi is the best example in the contemporary era.

It should be noted the Arabic Institute organizes learning programs weekly to give chance to students where they present essays and speeches in Arabic language under the observation of experienced teachers of the language.
