According to report of “SunniOnline”, new educational year has been begun in most of the Sunni seminaries in Sistan-Balochistan province.
Sunni religious schools in Iran, mostly, begin educational year by reading of the first Hadeeth of Sahih Bukhari in a simple ceremony in which Islamic scholars call students to renew their aims and to purify their intentions for Exalted Allah.
Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdul Hameed, rector of Darululoom Zahedan was the speaker at the inaugural ceremony. He enlightened on the read Hadeeth and talked about ”purity” or (Ekhlaas) during getting Islamic knowledge.
He pointed that Ekhlaas means to clean heart from bad and false intentions. False wills are buffers between Allah Almighty and His slaves.
The head of Sunni Seminaries’ Union of Sistan-Balochistan further said, ‘The first Hadeeth of this great book teaches us that the value of each deed depends on its purification; if Hajj, Jihad and other deeds such as seeking knowledge are for the sake of Allah, so they are acceptable and valuable.’
Talking to new and old students of the largest Sunni seminary in Iran, he emphasized that “sincere students” are wanted and needed; though, they may be short in number. Sincere teachers are also the need of this great university, they should imitate Salaf As-Sa’lih, (well-mannered predecessors); we need such teachers who are examples of the predecessors.
Finally, Shaikh-ul-Hadeeth of Darululoom Zahedan encouraged the students to not neglect virtuous deeds and Nawafil. Getting E’lm does not mean to show laziness in doing extra worships. The life of Imam Abu Hanifa and other predecessors is the best example for students and teachers.
