The eminent Islamic scholar, Imam and preacher of the Sunnis in Zahedan, Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdul Hameed has urged in his speech before tens of thousands of audience in Makki mosque that the Muslims must fight against those who got hold of powers and kick them out from their homelands not be afraid of them.
After recitation of the verse: “إِن الله يأمر بالعدل والإحسان وإِيتاء ذي القربى وينهى عن الفحشاء والمنكَر والبغي يعظكم لعلَكم تذكرون”[16:90], (Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberty to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion); he said that Almighty God has made this world an examination place, to test His slaves how they perform? As before Almighty Allah has shown them both the ways good and bad, righteousness and wickedness, as well as the way of God and way of Satan.
Shaikh added more, “Almighty Allah has made well known the ways of evil genius and satisfied soul through the mission of the prophets and holy books as well as through the human mind which is also a means of the guidance as it has guided folks from darkness to the brightness, if this mind has not been misleaded or corrupted so it can distinguishes bad from good.”
He continued saying that both right and wrong are understandable for everyone. Every person must avoid from injustice and cruelty since this world is the testing place. We must know Allah has forbidden injustice to Him self; as it has been narrated in the Hadith Qudsi Sharif Allah says: “O MY servants, I have forbidden oppression for myself and I have made it forbidden amongst you.” Undoubtedly Almighty God is A’del (Righteous) and Muhsin (well-doer) higher than being justice, indeed injustice would not be issued from Him over slaves, Allah is so kind to His slaves.
Respectable Shaikh insisted the audience to treat their children justice fully and spouses should be given their rights, as well as they must be given the light of Islamic education first then modern education; it is cruelty to be preferred some of them and the other ones be ignored. He added that if any body has two wives or more than two, he should not make one of them suspended, Islam and Sharia teaches equality between spouses.
The head of the largest Sunni seminary went on pointing out the consequences of injustice, saying that there are very serious and perilous consequences of injustice in this world, cruelty brings oppressor on the violators of justice, oppression at the hands of the harsher and more unfair than might be the end of cruel people, we have seen wrongdoers and their grievances end in this world.
Shaikh Abdul Hameed urged the audience to have account of animal rights, saying, “You should not leave the animals under heat or cold, and must be fed and watered always.”
He continued saying that those who practice injustice against the creation of Almighty God can not enter heaven, despite performing Hajj, fasting and Zakat; because Injustice is one of the biggest sins, Almighty God does not get much angry for the infidelity as He becomes very angry for injustice and waste of human’s rights.
Indicating towards the bad end of some cruel heads of some countries the prominent Sunni scholar said, “We have seen a lot of the heads of some countries those suppressed their public and tortured them by various calamities and misfortunes in order to maintain their power and extend their control, then we have seen their exemplary end. How the Soviet Union and the Red Army suffocated Muslim countries and Muslim people, especially the people of Afghanistan by spreading horrors and destruction? But they know well where they are now? And how was their end? They lost not only Afghanistan; rather they also lost all the well wishes of Muslims, Muslims again occupied their countries which were occupied by the Soviet Union before that.”
Shaikh further said that today the Americans are following the ex-occupation power step by step and they sleeve for the force and height in the world, they want to smash some of the weaker nations and made them taste various kinds of oppression and injustice. Surely they also would receive a fate as others who have been suppressed people.
Mawlana Abdul Hameed indicated to the Zionist crimes saying that the Zionist crimes against the Palestinians which are the worst scenes of injustice, They have surrounded a nation and prevented them from their primary needs to live, do not ever presume that the Zionists will remain and that Israel will remain immortal; God enabled them to us today, it is because of our bad deeds, God wants to remind us and alert us. In each of these things is a lesson for us to pay attention and remember.
He more added that the hatred of death and love in this world that permeated amongst the Muslims are the factors that encouraged the Zionists against the Muslims, Muslims hate the death and when a Muslim hates it and loves life, the enemy would dare to that Muslim.
“We should be aware of this fact that God Almighty is with the oppressed people and supports them, but God punishes the unjust, before turning to the house where money is invaluable we should perform these duties which are on us. Justice among the people and not wasting theirs rights is required from governors and rulers more, they are able to benefit and harm, so they must not harm their subjects and not miss their rights at least, if they do not want to improve them”, Shaikh-ul-Islam pointed.
