In the final meeting of the nationwide competition of the memorization of the Holy Qur\u2019an in the Grand Makki Mosque of Zahedan, on Wednesday evening October 25, 2023, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid asked the international community and all governments of the world to stand against Israel’s inhumane actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The president of Darululoom Zahedan said: “The city of Gaza, whose population is more than two million, has been under severe bombing in brutal and cruel ways. I have never seen such an inexorable and merciless continuous bombardment in my life. So far, more than six thousand people have been martyred in this bombing. The most casualties are children and women.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhere is humanity? Where are those who talk about humanity and human rights? Those who say that all the people of Gaza are guilty are wrong. Those who have committed a sin from any side should be held accountable. They should not massacre and genocide a nation; this is not anger, but madness. Killing innocent and defenseless people, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims, is not right,\u201d the Iranian top Sunni leader added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He continued: \u201cWe must stand against Israel, which is committing genocide and destroying Gaza. The whole world, especially the governments that have closer relations with Israel, must work to establish an immediate ceasefire.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
