Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, the most influential Sunni leader of Iran has sent a message of condolence over passing of Mufti Zarwali Khan, a reputable prominent Islamic scholar in Pakistan.
In his message, president of Darululoom Zahedan said: “The news of passing of Mufti Mohammad Zarwali Khan caused a grief and sorrow”.
“Mufti Zarwali Khan was a sincere and popular scholar of Pakistan who spent his whole life in serving education, training students and guiding people”, said Shaikh-ul-Islam Mawlana Abdol-Hamid.
‘Passing of such scholars is a great loss for the Muslims of Pakistan’, he added.
Friday Imam of Sunnis in Zahedan said: “I offer my condolences to the dear people of Pakistan, especially to Ulama and scholars of this country, teachers and students of Ahsan-ul-Uloom Karachi and the family of Shaikh Zarwali Khan”.
“I ask Allah for full forgiveness for the deceased and patience for the survivors”, he concluded his points.
Meanwhile some other scholars from the Iranian Sunni community expressed their sorrow over the passing of Mawlana Zarwali Khan who passed away on Sunday 6th Dec. 2020 in Karachi.
