Emphasizing on following the commands of Islam, Shaikh Abdol-Ghani Badri said in his Friday speech of Oct. 2, 2020 that the way to achieve peace and tranquility in life is to implement the commands of Islam.
He pointed out: “Allah commands His servants to embrace Islam completely”.
“As Muslims, we should observe the rights of Allah, the rights of the people, and even the rights of animals”, said the senior teacher of Tafsir and Hadith of Darululoom Zahedan.
He believed that the Hereafter life was the main purpose of mankind and said: “In fact, the Hereafter life is the main purpose of human beings. If people consider the Hereafter life as their main purpose, not only will their Hereafter life be fixed, but also the spiritual blessings will be revealed on them in this world”.
Zahedan’s vice Friday prayer Imam continued: “Allah says: If the people of the village (Mecca) believe and become pious, we will open the blessings from heaven and earth on them”.
He pointed out: “The problems we face today are due to disobedience to God’s commands. Unfortunately, our transactions are mixed with usury and fraud”.
“Allah will not forgive us only for claiming to be Muslims, but He wants from us sincere faith and good deeds. When the children of Israel were given the best blessings by Allah, they turned away from monotheism worshipping idols and they broke their promises. Therefore they were punished by Allah”, Mawlana Abdol-Ghani Badri stated.
The solution to problems is to respect the rights of others
Shaikh Badri continued his speech by referring to the current crises in the world and considered sins as the main cause of the problems.
He alluded to the effect of deeds in life and said: “Every sin has a bad effect; we believe in the effect of material things. As we get sick we see a doctor. Human’s action has also good and bad effects on life. Good deeds have good effects and bad deeds have bad effects. Human’s actions cause plague, famine, chaos and etc.”
Mawlana Badri saw oppression, injustice, drinking wine, and other sins as the main causes of the problems.
To get rid of such pests, he stressed on the necessity of doing what is good and forbidding the evil. He advised different classes of society to fight against all kinds of sins and injustice.
“Unfortunately, today some Muslims have returned to pre-Islamic ignorance period (Jahiliyyah) and are proud of drinking wine and shooting picture of it”, the Friday Imam of Sunnis expressed his regret.
In his last points, referring to Shaikh Abdol-Hamid’s trip to Turkey for treatment, Shaikh Badri said: “As the dear people are aware, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid traveled to Turkey and will return soon, God willing”.
