Distribution of Food Packages by Mohsenin Trust

The Mohsenin Charity Trust, affiliated to Darululoom Zahedan, has launched a food distribution program among thousands of poor families during the month of Ramadan in its humanitarian activities.

According to SunniOnline, 4200 food packages are to be distributed among the poor in Zahedan and its suburbs and many other food packages will be distributed to flood victims in southern Baluchistan of Iran.

Pointing out to the teachings of Islam, Mawlana Abdol-Ghani Badri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mohsenin Trust said: “One of the philosophies of fasting and Ramadan is that human beings should be aware of the situation of the poor.”

Senior Tafsir and Hadith teacher of Darululoom Zahedan said more that Allah enriches some people to test them whether they help the needy when there are economic problems or not?

Referring to the activities of the Mohsenin Trust in different areas and situations, Shaikh Abdol-Ghani Badri said that the Mohsenin Trust has been helping the poor and needy families, orphans and widows. Distribution of food packages among the needy during Ramadan and also during the other months is one of the programs of this organization.

“4,200 food packages have been prepared and will be distributed among the needy in Zahedan. and as soon as other packages are ready, they will be distributed to affected people by last year’s floods in southern Baluchistan,” he added.

At the end, Shaikh Badri called on people for giving alms and asked the rich to always help the poor and needy cooperation with the Mohsenin Trust.
The Mohsenin Charity Trust is one of the oldest and most credible charity organizations in Iranian Baluchistan which has been active in different occasions and crises in the country.
