The most prominent Iranian Sunni leader has left Tehran to Kazan of the Republic of Tatarstan today 12th Sep. 2019 where he was welcomed by the chairman of the Islamic Researches of Kazan.
The official website of Shaikh Abdol-Hamid reported that he has been invited by the Center of the Researches of Qur’an and Sunnah of the Republic of Tatarstan. He will take part in the international conference of “Duty of Muslim Ulama in the Current Society in the Light of Qur’an and Sunnah”.
Mawlana Abdol-Ghani Badri and Molawi Isma’eel Mollazahi are accompanying Mawlana Abdol-Hamid in this trip.
The conference of Muslim scholars kicks off on Monday 16th September and it will be concluded by Wednesday 18th September. Shaikh Abdol-Hamid is one of the main guests and speakers of the conference.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid is president of Darululoom Zahedan, Friday Imam of Sunnis in the same city and member of the supreme board of the Saudi-based Muslim World League.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid and his comrades have left Kazan to Bolgar city for delivering lectures in the Bolgar Islamic Academy.
