Qur’an Nourishes Mankind Spiritually

Khateeb of Sunnis shed light on the importance and position of the Noble Qur’an in the second Friday of Ramadan and called it a human-maker book that nourishes mankind spiritually.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid began his speech of May 17, 2019 by the Noble Qur’anic verse: “شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ” and said: “Some Muslims may consider the revelation of the Qur’an an unimportant matter as the dust of negligence polluted their tenets. However it is one of the greatest and most important events in the history of mankind. As well as the prophetic mission of the Last Messenger of Allah was a great turning point in history.”
“The Noble Qur’an is a great and unexampled blessing of the Almighty for us. It proves its veracity and authentication and this divine book has been challenging the suspicious opponents to bring a chapter like its chapters and verses, but no one could do so and no one will be able to bring such a chapter or verse,” he added more.
President of Darululoom Zahedan further said: “The Qur’an is a human-maker book that nourishes mankind spiritually. But regrettably many of Muslims do not pay enough attention to this book. It is the book with pure tenets of tawheed/monotheism. The best tenets and beliefs are in the Qur’an.”
“When the Qur’an was revealed, people were worshiping idols in Makkah and next to Ka’bah hundreds of idols were gods of people. The people given the Book(s) also had gone away from tawheed as they were worshiping some prophets and friends of Allah; while the prophets were dispatched to call people towards monotheism and worshiping the only Lord. They came to reform people’s false tenets and uproot superstitions and invite to the best acts and deeds approved by the Almighty,” he underlined.
Khateeb of Sunnis said: “The Qur’an urges on human rights, but the case of human rights has been a tool for political pressure. First of all the due rights of relatives such as parents, brothers, children and all other relatives should be preserved.”
“Islam has called on donation; earn by legal ways and instead of saving the whole money, spend it on yourself and other legitimate expenses. Islam wants to connect rich people with the poor classes of the society and makes them friends with each other,” he added more.
Maulana Abdol-Hamid pointed out to the benefits of fasting in Ramadan and said: “Fasting has been obligatory upon Muslims to create the sense of sympathy among them and get Satan away from them. All ritual worships are in favor of human beings to make them ideal.”
“If people submit before the divine orders, they will be worthy and exceed the position of angels. Fasting in Ramadan reforms us and compensates the missing good deeds,” he added more.
The senior Hadith teacher said: “Good moral is the important need of all; Islam has been spread in many parts of Asia by the good moral of Muslim traders. They were honest, truthful and respectable. In this month we should reform our bad acts and habits and leave all kinds of sins. Then we can benefit from the fruits of Ramadan and obtain piety.”

Officials should not consider people their rivals
In another part of his speech, he said: “I would like to request military and civil officials and authorities to not consider masses and people their rivals in trades and businesses. They should not compete with common people. Such issues should be privatized.”
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: “Many countries have developed due to privatization of businesses and participation of masses in trades.”
“We’d like ask the military and police authorities to allot lands as much as they need and avoid from occupying and repossession of people’s lands and lands of their forefathers, however they do not hold any document to prove their ownership,” he added more.
Khateeb of Sunnis said: “All governing systems and states plan specially for housing of their citizens. People have problem in this regard and officials should meditate how to provide people houses.”
He also alluded to the problems of identity documents and said: “We urge on the pertinent authorities to resolve people’s identity problems. Iranian citizens should get identity papers.”
Speaking to worshipers in Zahedan in the presence of Zahedan’s police chief, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: “Anxieties of the police about the growing number of road accidents in Sistan-Balochistan are considerable. Fuel-smugglers have no job and they are bread-winners of their families. I’d like to request them to respect traffic regulations and do not hide their vehicles’ number plates; they should not create distress for people and officials.”
“The police authorities are also requested to forbear and condone as much as possible and avoid from fining and apprehending vehicles,” he emphasized.
