Fire at Zahedan School was Shocking

Khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan alluded to the wildfire took lives of four students at a primary school in Zahedan city and described it “very bitter, sorrowful and shocking”. He called on the related officials to equip schools with all necessary facilities.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid said: “Four kids who were lights of eyes and assets and hopes of the people lost their lives in a fire at their school. This incident shows that the educational officials should strive more and take care of schools.”
“Families want to be assured that there is a watch on schools and principals, headmasters, teachers and trainers take care of students as they take care of their own children at home,” he added more.
President of Darululoom Zahedan said: “Such tragedies are alarms that educational authorities should plan carefully and show more caring for protection of students.”

Minister of education should gather ethnic and religious communities
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid went on and pointed out to the trip of the minister of education to Zahedan after the fire incident and said: “We want and ask the minister of education to gather ethnic and religious communities in the educational bureau of Sistan-Baluchistan.”
“Education office is the base of development and progress in any society. All official departments which represent the state across the country can be successful only when they work without any ethnic and sectarian bias,” he underlined.
The most influential Iranian Sunni leader said: “The official departments should consider the whole nation ‘Iranian’; we are compatriots and brothers in faith and country. Friendship of Iranians should have a practical demonstration in offices and departments.”
“I’d like to ask provincial and national educational authorities to broaden their minds and eyes if they really want to bring developments and get God’s satisfaction. Allah does not support narrow-minded people,” he further said.
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid concluded his points by saying: “None of sects and nations has superiority on other ones. No one can claim that his sect has priority right to occupy positions and jobs; the constitution urges on distribution of posts on the basis of merit.”
“We hope the minister of education will take some decisions seriously to get the pleasure of Allah and His servants,” he said.
