Muslim Elites Present “Solutions” to Prevent Terrorism

The top Iranian Sunni leader called on the leaders of the Muslim states and all Muslims to find “solutions” to prevent terrorism and eliminate it.
Talking to tens of thousands worshipers on June 9, 2017 in Zahedan, Iran, Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said: “The attack on the Islamic Consultative Assembly, which is the legislation office in the capital, was shocking for the whole world. It is regretful that most of the victims of the Tehran attack were civilians who lost their lives while observing fast. Killing innocent people is a very bad and sinister act.”
“The attack on the parliament and the recent explosions in Kabul shocked the world. Such incidents warm Muslims to not be careless about the changes in the world. They should not be contented with denouncing of those incidents; rather all should be vigilant. They should think how to prevent terrorism and find solutions for such crises,” Khateeb of Sunnis added more.
He urged on Muslim leaders and elite thinkers of the Muslim world to resolve the crises in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya and other crisis-hit countries in order to bring nations together.

Withdrawal of foreign powers from Muslim countries helps solution of ME crisis
Mawlana Abdol-Hamid termed “withdrawal of foreign powers from Muslim countries” useful and influential to resolve the ongoing crises in the Middle East.
He said: “The presence of foreign troops in Afghanistan and Iraq has not made them stable and secured, rather intensified insecurity and crises. The US invaded Iraq to destroy dictatorship, but they destroyed Iraq itself. Russia, America and the rest of powers have increased and boosted insecurity and extremism in the region.”
“These powers have not come to bring peace and security; they have blazed the fire of war and instability in the Muslim world. If they withdraw from Muslim states and Middle East, Muslims will sit together. It is the ill-considered support of the powers from the particular groups they consider which has made Muslims away from each other,” the rector and principal of Darululoom Zahedan underlined.
He said the extremism which has affected the Muslim world is the result of world powers’ coercion, not resorting to justice, absence of pathology of crises and improper deal with the issues.
Khateeb of Sunnis urged: “The UN has not resolved any problem in the Muslim world; rather it has changed the problems into ‘crises’. The Security Council also intensified insecurity in the world. These organizations and international communities should be away from Muslims; then they can resolve their crises in a better way easily.”

The Noble Qur’an made Ramadan unique
In the first part of his speech, Shaikh Abdol-Hamid mentioned the holy month of Ramadan the “spring of Qur’an” and called revelation of the Qur’an the cause which made this month unique.
He said: “Allah Almighty is kind with His all servants. Islam is the biggest blessing of Allah and it is the last, most complete and favorite divine religion.”
Khateeb of Sunnis alluded to the status of the Noble Qur’an and said: “The Noble Qur’an is an unexampled, comprehensive and perfect book which has the beauties of all divine books. It differentiates between the right and wrong.”
“We observe fast during Ramadan to thank the Almighty for the great blessing of the Qur’an. Also fasting makes us ready to act upon the directions of the Qur’an. This great book eliminates the distance of us from the Noble Qur’an, Rasoulullah PBUH and the Shari’ah of Islam. Fasting was a ritual worship in the previous religions, too,” he added more.
Shaikh Abdol-Hamid further said: “The words of the Noble Qur’an are enriched with guidance which can bring basic changes in individuals and society. Everyone who recites the Qur’an, Allah increases his guidance towards the straight path.”
“The Qur’an is a book that should be recited and meditated in its verses; it is the difference between the right and wrong. It is only for respectfully kissing and putting on niche or to put it above any patient. Rather it is the divine proof which should be recited and acted upon,” he underlined.
The chairman of the Coordination Council of Sunni Seminaries concluded his points: “The Noble Qur’an is the biggest mercy of Allah which is much worthier than our material and worldly life. All classes of the society including men and women should learn the Noble Qur’an. Reciting the Noble Qur’an with meditation and tajweed should be taught in mosques. The Noble Qur’an stops fitnah and we should spread this great book.”
