The pictures and videos of 8 Iranian Baluch sailors, kidnapped for ransom, have been released by the pirates.
“SunniOnline” reported that for the first time, the pirates released a video of the hostages who plead ‘the international community’ and Iranian authorities to struggle for their immediate release.
In a video, apparently recorded on Dec. 26, 2016, Jalal Jamaluddin Dehvari who was the captain of the captured launch/boat asks the international community and Iranian government and philanthropists to work hard for their release.
Mr. Dehvari and three of his men are under the captivity of ‘Karrani’ pirate group. They have been abducted for 22 months when they moved to the sea for sailing.
In another video, in which four other Iranian Baloch sailors are visible with papers in their hands and beg the world to release them and answer the demand of the pirates, a man speaks in Balochi language.
Mr. Nohani says they drink something after each 15 or 16 days. He urges they do not find anything to eat but some rice.
Parvin Sabahi, wife of the kidnapped captain, told “SunniOnline” that they had not received any response from the foreign ministry and provincial authorities about the sailors’ fate.
She has been begging the authorities to do what they can for the release of their dear ones.
The pirates have demanded 150.000 USD ransom to release the Baloch sailors.
