Teacher at Darululoom Farouqia Passes away

Galikash – Iran (SunniOnline): Molawi Ibrahim Brahui, a senior teacher at Darululoom Farouqia in Galikash, Golestan passed away in a road accident on Sunday 16th Oct. 2016.
According to local sources, Molawi Brahui was returning from Zahedan to his hometown where his car was overturned near Sabzevar city in Razavi Khorasan province.
He was 36. His funeral ceremony was held on Tuesday in his birthplace in Golestan province. Apart from local residents, many public figures from other provinces also took part in the funeral prayers and ceremony.
Molawi Ibrahim Brahui was Hadith teacher at Darululoom Farouqia in Galikash, a prominent Islamic seminary of the Sunni community in the northeastern regions of Iran.
Meanwhile, many personalities have expressed their regret over the incident condoling the sudden death of Mr. Brahui to his family, colleagues, students and friends specially Mawlana Mohammad Hussein Gorgij, the rector of Darululoom Farouqia.

Shaikh Brahui began his scientific journey from Darululoom Farouqia. He joined the seminary of Ta’leem-ul-Qur’an Shorshadi of Zahedan where he studied for two years. He spent an academic year in “Badr-ul-Uloom Hammadia” in Rahimyarkhan city of Punjab, Pakistan where he learnt Urdu and benefited from the scholars of that seminary.
He was graduated at Darululoom Zahedan, the biggest free Islamic learning institute of the Sunni community in Iran.
Molawi Ibrahim has authored some books in Persian as he was active in the fields of preaching and making useful speeches in different areas.
Two wives and four children are among his survivors.
