Employment of Domestic Residents Should be Priority of Gov.

The outstanding Iranian Sunni leader called on the authorities to give priority to employment of local residents in industrial units.

He was talking to the attendees of the inauguration ceremony of two major industrial units in Chabahar, Sistan-Baluchistan province, on Thursday Sep. 10, 2015.
The projects involve the construction of a large steel mill as well as a mega petrochemical plant in the port city of Chabahar.
In the inauguration ceremony of the projects were kick-started by the rector of Darululoom Zahedan Shaikh Abdol-Hamid, Defense Minister Hossein Dehqan and Industries Minister Mohammad-Reza Ne’matzadeh, respectively. Some other officials, including the governor of Sistan-Baluchistan were present too.
Talking to the attendees of the ceremony, Mawlana Abdol-Hamid said, “People of Sistan-Baluchistan are thankful. They do not be ingratitude to the officials who work for their welfare and development.”
“Our province suffers from unemployment as there are thousands of jobless educated citizens; we hope they would be engaged and focused in such projects.”
The chairman of Islamic Fiqh Assembly of Sunnis in Iran called on the authorities to decrease the negative side effects of the petrochemical products. He said, “Some blessings of Allah such as rain has some side effects such as flood; thus we have no choice but to bear them. We ask the authorities to minimize the side effects of those projects.”
In another part of his speech, Shaikh Isma’eelzahi urged on the development of education and educational institutes in the province as due to lack of education people suffer from many problems. By decreasing the rate of illiteracy, all would benefit including the government as the peace of region would boost.
“The ports of Makran, southeastern Baluchistan, Iran, are very capable regions for development; other ports of the country have no such capabilities”, He concluded his points.
