According to report of ”SunniOnline”, interim khateeb of Sunnis in Zahedan, the head of Dar-ul-Iftaa of Darululoom Zahedan and editor-in-chief of Neday Islam magazine, Shaikh Muhammad Qasim Qasimi was stopped at the International Airport of Zahedan by security personnel. They confiscated his passport too.
Meanwhile, Shaikh Ahmad Narui, a senior teacher of Darululoom Zahedan and assistant of Shaikh Abdul Hameed was restrained at the International Airport of Tehran. He was on the way of Haramayn Sharifayn for Hajj.
It is notable that this unjust curb has caused anxiety and anger among the public as the authorities halted two most eminent and reputed scholars from performing the great principle of Islam, Hajj.
Mufti Qasimi remained for some days in Ihram (pilgrims’ garb) after the curb at the airport.
