KHASH: the preacher of Sunnis in Azadshahr, Mawlana Muhammad Hussein Gurgij has condemned the confiscation of some Sunni scholars’ passports and said that Sunni ulema never purloin inside or outside of Iran to the country.
According to a correspondent of “Sunnionline”, the prominent Sunni scholar of Golistan province was talking to the audience of fiscal ceremony of “Makhzan-un-Uloom” Khash where he said, “The confiscation of the passports of Sunni ulema is a disgrace for Iran.”
While talking to the people of northern Balochistan Mawlana Muhammad Husain Gurgij addressed the Iranian rulers and said, “If any person commits crime so punish him, we never support traitors. But on the bases of rumor and suspicions you can not ban on the abroad travels of our scholars.”
“The question is that why the authorities do not ban on those females who leave veil as they go outside of the Iran’s borders and defame the nation by violating the basic rules of Islam and the country?!” he asked.
Shaikh Muhammad Hussein Gurgij emphasized that the passport of such women should be confiscated not the passports of eminent Sunni scholars, the pride and honor of the country.
