US drone strike in North Waziristan kills seven

MIRAMSHAH: A suspected US drone attack killed seven people in the North Waziristan tribal region on Sunday, DawnNews quoted sources as saying.

At least three people were also reportedly wounded in the attack in the tribal region.
Moreover, intelligence officials said Sunday’s strike targeted a house in a refugee camp in the area.
The identities of the people killed in the strike were not known, but the area is dominated by a militant group let by Hafiz Gul Bahadur that often carries out attacks against foreign troops in Afghanistan.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to talk to the media.
